Departing from Fairbanks, you'll spend one night in the Denali National Park area before ending your vacation in Anchorage. GoldStar service is aboard Alaska Railroad’s domed railcars and breakfast aboard the train is included.
With the standard option, rail travel from Denali to Anchorage is aboard our own luxury, glass-domed rail service (meals not included, but available for purchase) and the upgrade applies only to the portion of the trip from Fairbanks to Denali.

Board your train at the Fairbanks depot. Pass by the University of Alaska and the gold mining town of Ester before crossing the Mears Memorial Bridge to the town of Nenana, site of the famed Nenana Ice Classic. By mid-day, arrive at Denali National Park where you’ll transfer to your comfortable accommodations. Here, you can choose from a wide range of optional activities like river rafting or a jet boat safari. For the perfect end to your day, check out Music of Denali Dinner Theater, complete with delicious BBQ dinner and entertaining show. Overnight Denali-area hotel.
Day 2: Denali – Anchorage
