Sightsee by motorcoach to Portage Lake where you’ll board themv Ptarmiganfor a memorable cruise that takes you within 300 yards of the actively calving Portage Glacier. Then, stop by the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center on your return to Anchorage. The AWCC takes in injured and orphaned animals year-round, providing spacious enclosures and quality animal care. Day 3: Anchorage - Denali

We'll transfer you to the rail depot, where your rail adventure begins aboard luxury railcars as the train departs the Anchorage Rail Station, northbound to Denali National Park. You will be transferred to your Denali-area hotel upon arrival. Day 4: Denali

Day 5: Denali - Seward

This morning embark on a scenic journey via motorcoach. You’ll trace the coastline of Turnagain Arm, pass through the Chugach Mountains and arrive at the port town of Seward, on the Kenai Peninsula. Rich in seafaring culture and marine wildlife, Seward boasts a bustling marina and beautiful views of Resurrection Bay. Soak in the serenity during an overnight stay. Overnight Seward.

Day 6: Seward - Anchorage
