Payment

Full payment is due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be made if the cancellation is received at least 3 days prior to departure date. If the cancellation is less than 3 days prior to departure date, 50% of final payment is forfeited. No show cancellations will forfeit 100% of final payment.

Baggage

Passengers are limited to two pieces of checked baggage, and one overnight bag which the owner will care for at all times. Up to two bags per guest - not to exceed 50 pounds - may be checked with the Alaska Railroad without charge. As storage space on the train is limited, you will want to ensure that your hand-carried bag is no larger than a standard tote. Each guest may also bring one carry-on, up to 4 " by 14" by 17", which will be stored under your seat on the viewing level. Although we take every means to protect your baggage, we cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to your baggage or belongings.

Terms and Conditions

Rates are per person in U.S. funds, based on double occupancy. Single, triple, and quad rates are available upon request. Hotel taxes are additional. Transfers between the rail station and Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge or Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge are included for all packages. While Princess will carry out all the offered packages, Princess acts only as an agent for non owned transportation companies and Princess is in no way considered the operator of these companies.

Princess reserves the right to cancel or alter, for any reason, any Itinerary as conditions, in our sole opinion, may require. Schedules are subject to change without prior notice. Accordingly, please do not make any important arrangements based on the proposed schedule of the Princess Rail Tours, which may change without liability to Princess. Rail travel will occur onboard Princess railcars or similar luxury railcars.

Fares and packages are exclusive of food and beverages which are for sale on board. Food and beverage may not be brought aboard the Princess railcars.
