Alaska Salmon Bake & Palace Theatre
Enjoy fine dining at its most delicious! The Alaska Salmon Bake, located at the west end of Pioneer Park, in "Mining Valley" is known statewide for its generous portions of King Salmon grilled over an alder wood fire, beer-battered cod, and slow-roasted beef. This bountiful meal is rounded out with salad and blueberry cake. The salmon is basted with a special lemon, butter and brown sugar sauce; the cod is lightly breaded and then deep-fried to perfection. Your scrumptious dinner also includes all-you-can-eat salad bar, baked beans, rolls, dessert, coffee, tea, and lemonade. Your evening includes a live show recognized by the Alaska Visitor’s Association since 1986 as "The Number One Show Throughout Alaska and Canada." Performed by a polished, professional cast, "The Golden Heart Revue," is performed nightly at the Palace Theatre in Gold Rush Town in Pioneer Park.
