For big thrills, climb aboard a jet boat for an exhilarating class IIIwhitewater adventure on the Klutina River.The custom-built jet boat is covered for your comfort with suspension-seating but you may get splashed as you travel 30 miles up the river over rocks, holes, currents, and waves.

Have your cameras ready; as you travel through the woods of the Chugach Mountains, keep a lookout for nesting bald eagles, black bears, grizzlies, moose, and mountain goats. As you take in the wonderland of scenery and rushing water, your knowledgeable guides will also share colorful stories of the early settlers who bravely trekked over the glaciers, rivers, and passes of the Chugach Mountains in search of gold.

A credit card number is required in order to reserve an Alaska land excursion. Guests may cancel a land excursion reservation up to 48 hours prior to their first land excursion's departure date. At that time the credit card provided will be charged and no modifications may be made. Any excursion purchased while traveling through Alaska is final at time of sale.
