SEA KAYAKING AT SHOUP GLACIER

Visit Valdez and impressive Shoup Glacier State Park. After basic kayak instruction, board your motorboat for the 1-hour ride to Shoup Bay.

At the drop-off point, your guided tour paddles into the bay and up to the face of mighty Shoup Glacier. Take an hour-long stop on a beach near the glacier's face to stretch, explore and enjoy lunch.  Keep an eye out for seals, sea otters and bald eagles.
