HISTORIC KENNICOTT & WRANGELL-ST. ELIAS FLIGHT ADVENTURE / CPP-A

Board a bush plane for a flight over Wrangell-St. Elias National Park en route to the historic towns of McCarthy & Kennicott. Land in the frontier town of McCarthy, a town that sprang from the wilderness to support the nearby copper and gold mines. Spend time wandering throughout the town, the museum, the local shops or photograph history before your transfer to Kennicott. There, enjoy a hearty lunch at the Kennicott Glacier Lodge, experience a guided tour of the former mining town and the abandoned 14-story mill building. Afterwards, transfer to the McCarthy Airport for your scenic return flight.
