Copper River Country Nature Tours is preparing for its 3rd season. We have hired a full time naturalist Bruce James and purchased a new 14 passenger bus for our tour. The bus will make it easier for our visitors to see the wonders of the Copper Basin and make it easier to load and unload visitors with mobility issues. The tour group will be limited to 13 people so you can expect easy access to our naturalist.

The great gray owls are on the nest and will great our visitors through eary June, when they will be fledged and setting upo their own territories.

The tours are sponsored by the Wrangell Institute for Science and Environment where your tour fees are used in our educational programs for summer camps, in-classroom activities, and a host of outdoor educational programs.

See you on the trail
